This is an intensive operational workshop
for dealers, general managers, and overall
fixed operations managers, designed to identify
the techniques of managing through key performance
indicators. This workshop will define such
performance indicators for each fixed operations
department, as well as instruct attendees
in how to calculate dealership performance,
and provide a set of industry benchmarks
for comparison.
